Jamie and Eddie have over thirty years experience in the fishing industry, we decided three youars ago to pool our skills and knowledge, and the outcome is Edwards Fishmongers.

We are based in Launceston, Cornwall. Each morning we have buyers in Looe, Brixham and Newlyn. We buy day boat fish only, so 80% of our fish comes from Looe, which is a small tidal port, where the boats leave early in the morning, returning in the evening. The fish is then auctioned early next day.

Our vans then return to base where the fish is then prepared by skilled craftsmen who scale, fin, bone and skin the fish, which is then packaged using a special process that enhances the product.

The fish is then boxed up in special boxes with ice packs on the fish that will keep the product cool for the journey to your doorstep before noon the next day. As long as you order 18 packs (average pack weight is 450g) there is no delivery charge.
